Peach City
306 N Main St Brigham City, UT 84302
Peach City has been serving Brigham city for over 70 years and they haven’t stayed open this long because of luck. If you love milkshakes you must  go to Peach city in the summer for their famous peach shakes or one of their dozens of other flavors and don’t forget the waffle fries. I was told they use mostly locally sources ingredients, win win!

Kirt’s Family Drive-In
1974 N 400 E, Ogden, UT 84414
Kirt’s has been open since the 50’s and still has that vintage charm, it was also featured in the classic teen movie ‘Drive me Crazy’ starring Melissa Joan Hart.  The burgers and sandwiches are great  but you definitely want to try their Utah Scone with honey butter.

Moore’s Family Restaurant

3558 Wall Ave Ogden, Utah
Moore’s is THE place to go for home cooked food in Ogden and probably the only place that you can get a steak for breakfast. This cabin style restaurant also has something called a “family feast” that can fill up 2-8 people with BBQ goodness.

Criddle’s Cafe
350 37th St, Ogden, UT 84405
This local diner has amazing breakfasts that have the option to be served with a Utah scone ( do it!) but the real magic happens on  the first Friday of the month when the owners bust out traditional Polynesian and Hawaiian food.  Seriously, Hawaiian BBQ!

No Frills is a home style diner with all of your home cooked favorites like chicken fried steak, burgers and of course gravy. Inside is like stepping back in time with black and white checker floors, red vinyl seats and a ton of retro Coca-Cola memorabilia. Try the Rebel Burger, carnivore heaven.

Eastside Diner ( CLOSED)
4396 Harrison Blvd, Ogden, UT 84403
This little diner by the University my seem confusing at first, (American diner and Asian restaurant?) but I assure you that there is nothing confusing about the delicious food they serve.  Eastside Diner has 2 different menus- their American diner menu and their Thai food menu and as strange as it may sound it all goes together beautifully. Try the Wildcat burger with a side of fried spring rolls!

Hi-Hat Diner
1147 N Main St, Clearfield, UT 84015
This tucked away, hidden gem is another great place that has withstood the test of time. Outside this building is unassuming but inside is something else altogether. Checker floors and vintage movie posters make you feel as if you are in some secret local club, and in a way you are. Almost every review raves about the chili verde, now I know what I will be getting the next time I stop in!

Jeremiah’s Restaurant
1307 W 1200 S, Ogden, UT 84404
Jeremiah’s is one of those places where if you ask someone where their favorite local place to get breakfast is, 9 times out of 10 it’ll be Jeremiah’s. If you want home cooked diner food that will make you want to take a nap ( in the best way possible) this is the place to be. This place is always packed so come early, the wait is worth it!
