Tuesday: Ogden the beautiful

The mountains on Friday

Monday was GORGEOUS. Seriously gorgeous… a perfect upper 60* fall day that reminded me why I adore Utah weather so much. Its comfortably warm and sunny down here in town, but the mountains are snow-capped. The closeness, but vast difference in weather amazes me.  I took the time to clean up my yard and rake leaves to prepare for the impending winter, take a walk with my dogs, and sit in the sun while working away on my laptop. We’re running out of these days, so enjoy them while you can! Go for a hike, a bike ride, or a fall drive to see whats left of the leaves. The weather is supposed to hold out through Halloween at least, and I am looking forward to trick or treating without snow gloves on!

Speaking of Halloween, we have a ton of info for you to check out in preparation for the holiday. First off, our guide to Halloween Events will give you the lowdown on everything thats happening from now until Halloween night (most of the Indie Ogden team will be at the Sandtrap for costume Karaoke, for example!) and I wrote up a quick article on safely trick or treating that you can check out here, if you plan on heading out with little ones this Halloween. Maybe some spooky articles to get you in the mood?
