Friday: First Friday of the New Year!

time-flies-like-an-arrow-640x636

Has it really been a week? Four days in & 2013 is already flying by. I almost forgot to do my post today! So sorry! Time is all wibbly wobbly lately… I did as any good, fun-loving girl would & promptly got sick the first day of the New Year. Because I’m cool like that. Last Friday, my car broke down. One of my very best friends pushed it home for me down Harrison Boulevard, into my driveway where I thought it would reside forever & a day… But? Then, the lovely guys down at Ogden Auto Body took very, VERY good care of me! They even came to my house & towed my car to the shop!

Today is going to be lovely. I’m probably going to head over to Hilarity House Productions for their FREE SHOW! That’s right, they’ve got a free show tonight to ring in the new year. Gonna get something hot to drink & laugh til I pee or something! Yes!

I wanted to take a minute to ask our readers to help out, if they can, this cold season to help prevent any deaths in the cold. If you see someone on the streets who is cold or hungry, please let them know about the great options available at the Ogden Rescue Mission, St. Anne’s Shelter, the Ogden-Weber Community Action Partnership & many other resources. There is no reason for anyone to be cold. It was NEGATIVE TWO yesterday at NINE IN THE MORNING. So, please keep your eyes & hearts open!

And now, I am off! Time to finish work then get ready to laugh! Tomorrow I am adventuring to Salt Lake City with a very cute boy to get delicious foodstuffs from Trader Joe’s! Yay! Hippie stores!

Much love, Ogden!

<3 – Jenny
