The Mary Elizabeth Dee Shaw Gallery will host a solo exhibition of works by Sacramento artist, Elisabeth Higgins O’Connor, from September 11th – November 21st, 2015. O’Connor’s work is situated between the tender and grotesque; she re-purposes found objects, thrifted textiles, and detritus to build breathtaking anthropomorphic sculptures that at once entice and repulse, but undoubtedly resonate.

Back to the Present 7:30pm

Almost 30 years ago, Marty and Doc travelled to 2015 in the classic film series, Back to the Future. Now that time has finally caught up with the film, The Ziegfeld Theater is thrilled to celebrate our arrival world premiere of an original parody, Back to the Present. This fast-paced comedy follows the plot of the classic film before taking a totally unexpected twist–taking Marty to the actual 2015. With no hoverboards or flying cars, this isn’t the future he was expecting!

Ogden Mustangs home opener 7pm

After back-to-back division championships, the Mustangs will begin their quest for the Thorne Cup in what is the team’s 5th anniversary season. Help us pack the house and get things off on the right foot!

Eagle Rock Gospel Singers 8pm

The Eagle Rock Gospel Singers, based out of LA, are setting out on their first coast to coast tour and we couldn’t be happier to have them stopping in Ogden to play the roof at Alleged.

Harvest Moon Festival ALL DAY

The fourteenth annual Harvest Moon Celebration will take place on Historic 25th Street, September 19th from noon to 8:30 pm.
Presented by America First Credit Union, Harvest Moon is our largest event of the year, an end-of-summer party with family-friendly activities, live music, Criterium Cycling races, beer garden, arm wrestling and more. Food and beverage will be available from participating Historic 25th Street restaurants, setting up mini diners in the parking strip in front of their business location.
As a street committed to locally-owned and operated businesses, we take pride in bringing together our community partners, local nonprofits and local businesses for a celebration larger than any other in Northern Utah.
This year we are bringing that local focus to the musicians as well. The lineup features local favorites and new found friends. Stage schedules will be posted in this event and on historic25.com in the coming days.

XTERRA Utah ALL DAY

XTERRA Utah is held in conjunction with the XTERRA Nationals event. This race is ideal for local residents looking for the XTERRA experience or for those who have not qualified to race in the XTERRA National Championship race and want to experience the XTERRA Nationals course
We offer the XTERRA Utah off-road triathlon in two distances. The full distance race is 1500m swim / 28km mountain bike / 10km trail run and a sprint distance at 750m swim / 19K mountain bike / 5K trail run.
Athletes can compete in the XTERRA Utah race as a team or individual.

The end of Alzheimer’s starts with you! Every 67 seconds someone develops Alzheimer’s disease. Please join Abby Bonell of Talk Radio KNRS at the Walk to End Alzheimer’s on Saturday, Sep. 19 to learn about clinical trials, Utah advocacy and how you can get involved in the fight to end Alzheimer’s.

Arm Wrestling Championships

Free Kids tournament Starts at 1 pm! All participants will receive a medal! Weight classes will be determined the day of the event. Kids must be signed up by 1pm sharp. Sign ups for kids will start at 10 am.

Afternoon yoga for kids 11am

This class is offered to kiddos 4 to 10 years of age. Yoga is a great way to cultivate focus, breath awareness, balance and strength for all ages. Starting them off young will only be beneficial for their growth and development. Bring 4 children whether yours or the neighborhood kids and pay $15 for the four children. Class is $5 per child otherwise. 🙂

Reflections academy grand opening 6pm

Please join us for belly dancing and mingling with friends in our beautiful courtyard. The street and surrounding areas will be active all day with the celebration of the Harvest Moon – the annual end-of-summer party and has family-friendly activates, live music, farmers market, vendors, contest for all ages and festive food and beverages too. ***Some of our dancers and troupes will be dancing at 4:15-4:45 at the festival too, so plan on coming early and spend the day if you’d like.

Alleged Rooftop Concert

The Brocks will be playing the roof on Harvest Moon. They are currently working with Kaskade to complete their first full length album. This is your chance to hear the album before it’s released. On The Brocks last visit to Ogden they opened for Purity Ring and Slow Magic for the final night of Ogden Twilight.
